Registration is open for OKC-PPD 2010 for vendors, entertainers, guest speakers for seminars, workshop hosts and children activities organizers. Vendors: Vending spaces and fees are up.Please head to "Vendor application" for details. This year we have spaces for vendors indoors, outdoors, and spaces for reading only.
Vending spaces are provided "as is", vendors must provide own tables, display arrangements and electrical cord(s) (if needed). There are 5 tables for rental.
Food and beverages vendors must obtain own necessary permits. There will be no alcohol vending at the Festival. There will be no smoking in side the building, only in outside designated space.
Readers, spiritual counselors and spiritual healers must provide proof of ministry credentials and registration in the Oklahoma Book of Ministries. Entertainers: Participation is voluntary, and the event has no admission fee. Entertainers are encouraged to use (a) tip jar(s). If participating entertainers have advertising material and/or music to sell, a special vending space will be set up by the organizers in the "Welcome" area, and the vending for entertainers will be free of charge. Local Groups/Covens Spaces and fees are the same as for vendors. Local Groups, Covens, Hearths or Groves who have sponsored the event already are provided with a free-of-charge presentation space. Guest speakers for seminars This is a volunteer participation, and no admission fee is charged. Please e-mail us with an short bio and a summary of your intended presentation material. Workshop hosts This is a volunteer participation, and no admission fee is charged. Please contact us with a short bio and an outline of the workshop. Children activities This is a volunteer participation, and no admission fee is charged. Please contact us with a short bio and a summary and general outline of the activity. The NUUF has a playground. An inside room is reserved for children workshops.
